We've set out to make shopping online for fashions better than any other shopping experience.

Believe us, we know that returning clothing and all acessories is probably the least fun part of shopping. It's disappointing enough when you get an item home and it doesn't look quite how you thought it did in the store. Then you have to get in your car, drive back to the same store and wait in line all over again. And some online clothing retailers have a return process that makes the local return look effortless. Meanwhile you have to go without the item you thought would look perfect with that outfit! There are not Refund/Exchanges on any lingerie. All Sales are finale on lingerie

Well, we haven't found a way to eliminate the (brief) wait for your exchange or refund while your orders is on its way back to us, but we can help by making the process as easy as possible .

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund or exchange.

You can return your order purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date. Clothes must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. 

If you would like to exchange your order for another clothing item, no problem! Just send your items to 2K Trends 2 Blackthorn ave Unit 15 Toronto Ontario M6N 3H5 include in your exchange the item you would like to exchange

it along with the sku number.

How to Return/Exchange

At this time we are only Exchanging Watches. When you want to return or exchange a purchase. Send you order to 2K Trends 2 Blackthorn Ave Unit 15 Toronto Ontario M6N 3H5.

For exchanging a product send to the same address along with the item you want to exchange it for and include the sku number of the item you would like to exchange it to.

And that's it! Once we have received your returned or exchange items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange and send you email confirmation that your return or exchange has been sent.
