1. How much are standard shipping charges?

All orders shipped to a destination within the Canada or United States addresses. Shipping charges apply only to all orders

2. How can I find out the status of my order?

You can find out your order status online immediately after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the Track Your Order link at the top of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order when you log in.

You will only be able to track your order through your account if you signed in as a customer when you placed your order. If you signed out as a guest, you will be unable to track your order in this manner. However, you will still be able to track your order by clicking on the tracking number link that would have been provided to you when your order shipped. Or you can always email us at 2ktrends@live.ca and we will be happy to provide you with order status.

3. How long will it take to receive my order with standard shipping?

For standard shipping in the Canada and the U.S, you should receive your order within 2-6 weeks for any order. Please allow additional time for special shipments orders.

4. I want my order faster. Can I expedite my shipping?

You'll see the following shipping options when you check out, in case you want to get your order even faster than the 2.6 weeks with standard shipping.

Standard Shipping, 2-6 business days
Special orders 2-10 business days

Unfortunately, at this time we are not shipping to Europe or other World Countries.

5. Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

We ship through all Canada and the U.S. We do not ship to any other international locations at this time.

6. Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

No, at this time we do not ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

7. How much are shipping charges for returning an order?

Taxes and Duties

Shipping destinations to Ontario, Canada will be charged 13% tax for HST.  There are no taxes on shipments to USA. However, customers are advised to check duties and taxes payable in the destination country before ordering.  All duties, taxes, brokerage (if any) charged in the country of destination will have to be done by the customer.
